Price

The house is rented for a maximum of 8 people.

• High Season - June, July, August, September: €2400 including tax per week
• Low Season - French School holidays: €1800 including tax per week
• Low Season - Outside French school holidays:
  • €1000 including tax per week
  • €600 including tax for a 4-night stay (or less).

Cleaning fee: €120. Linen package on demand. The rate includes charges for normal usage, and all taxes.

Terms and Conditions:

• Deposit: 30% at booking, then 100% 20 days before arrival.
• Security deposit: €1000 upon key handover.
• The house is non-smoking/vaping. Pets and loud parties are not allowed to ensure respect for all guests and our friendly neighbors.
