Linen package not included, and on demand. The rate includes charges for normal usage, and all equipment ( barbecue gaz, bycicle…).
Terms and Conditions:
- The house is rented for a maximum of 8 people.- Deposit: 30% at booking, then 100% 20 days before arrival.
- Security deposit: €1000 upon key handover.
- The house is non-smoking/vaping. Pets and loud parties are not allowed to ensure respect for all guests and our friendly neighbors.
